JIA Business Association in cooperation with the Aga Khan Foundation held a two-day training on “Implementation of Internship Programs in Companies”.
The training was aimed at introducing modern methods of personnel management and developing leadership skills of HR directors and company owners.
During the training, participants learned practical skills for effective selection of interns, their training and integration into the work process. They also discussed new methods that will help optimize internal processes in companies and unlock the potential of employees.
