Today JIA organized an information seminar for managers, lawyers and accountants of construction companies on the topic: Analysis of the new regulation on the procedure and condition of attracting financial resources in the construction of apartment buildings approved by the Decree of the CM of KR dated November 21, 2023 № 614.
Such innovations were considered as:
-register of objects under construction;
- Prohibition on advertising and attracting clients' funds without registration of the construction object in the Register;
-parameters of contracts concluded between the developer and the client, the need for their state registration
-requirements for the authorized capital of developers;
-International financial reporting standards and requirements for the publication of developers' financial statements on WEB sites.
