- Shaanxi Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, founded in 1986, is the first organization of young entrepreneurs in the province, a non-profit public organization with the status of a legal entity and a member of the China Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Shaanxi Provincial Youth Federation. The members of the association are: more than 400 provincial enterprises, one third of which are science and technology innovation enterprises, 13 registered enterprises, 11 and above specialized enterprises at the provincial level, two thirds of which are small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, the Association has about 2,000 local and municipal groups.
