The event was opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. Kubanychbek Alimov, Chairman of the JIA Green Committee, Mr. Leslie Viguerie, U.S. Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic, and Mr. Ainura Usenbekova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The main speaker was Mr. Richard Kaufman - Chairman of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. He is also the Chairman of Generate Capital. Mr. Kaufman shared his experience in the field of green finance in New York State, especially in the area of renewable energy.
