As a result of the activities of the Advisory Council, joint work of the General Prosecutor's Office and the business community, as well as the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulations on the procedure for registration of inspections of business entities conducted by law enforcement agencies and tax authorities" from 07.12.2022 and assistance of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, at the meeting of the Advisory Council presented an automated information system "Registration of inspections of business entities" (AIS "Registration of inspections of business entities").
Legal Advisor JIA-Kalygul Saliev spoke on the issues of:
- inspections of business entities by tax and other authorities;
- moratorium on inspections.
Also discussed were the issues of:
- smuggling of goods into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is very harmful to the development of domestic production;
- illegal initiation of criminal cases against entrepreneurs and early publicity about the arrest of entrepreneurs, which entails reputational risks.
- raid tax control;
- liability for non-use of KKM.
