Minister of Justice Ayaz Baetov and other ministry officials presented activities on:
- de-bureaucratization of legislation;
- outsourcing of relevant public services to the private sector;
- reform in the sphere of registration of legal entities;
- outsourcing of notarial actions and forensic activities.
JIA's legal advisor gave suggestions on:
- improving the digitalization of the performance of notarial acts;
- simplification of the processes of registration and liquidation of business entities;
- the advantages of introducing the institute of private bailiffs, as many entrepreneurs and citizens are unable to achieve real execution of court decisions.
